Bilateral Quad Tendon Tear Patella Rupture Recovery – 660 lbs. Deadlift

On of my Facebook Group members with his very amazing and successful recovery on both bilateral Quadriceps and Patella Tendon ruptures. Here is what he said about his recovery:

“640 days ago I had both qua tenons, a patella tendon and 70% of the other patella tendon put back together. Today I deadlifted 300kg (660 lbs.) I said it from day one that this lift will mark the end of my rehab. My advice, your rehab is not over until you are a physically functioning better then what you were when the injury happened. Most people end or quit their rehab at a place where they are one step away from catastrophic injury again.”
